Re‑Wire was co‑founded in 2025 by Tad Beatty and Andre Khrul, two people from very different worlds who shared one belief: change feels possible when people feel understood.Tad spent nearly two decades in the medical field learning how the human body and mind adapt. He worked eight years in Prosthetics and Orthotics, studying how the physical body moves and heals. After that, he spent almost 15 years in the Dialysis field, working closely with physicians, dietitians, social workers, nurses, and technicians. Those years taught him more about human behavior, resilience, and the nervous system than he ever expected.Andre built and scaled multiple businesses over the past twenty years — from service companies to retail concepts — working directly with customers from every walk of life. A filmmaker as well, he brings a storyteller’s perspective to understanding how people think, struggle, and change. After navigating his own cycles of burnout, reinvention, and identity shifts, he became deeply interested in the patterns behind behavior. His experience in building systems — and rebuilding himself — shaped Re-Wire’s practical, user-first approach to steady personal change.Today, Andre lives in Dallas, Texas, and Tad lives in Portland, Oregon. Different cities, different histories — but one shared mission:To make habit change feel safe, simple, and human.
